The SPARK Online program is a personal training program designed to get you fitter, stronger and leaner. 

Every 4 weeks you’ll follow a new phase of our program. 
These workouts are delivered straight to your smartphone via our personal training app. You can do the workouts in your own time. 
Each week you will have 4 workouts. This program is based around home workouts with minimal equipment. (If you would like the gym version see “SPARK ONLINE GYM” program.
